Discuss Your Project and Budget.
The first step in our process is to have a preliminary discussion about your project and your budget. These calls can be done over a simple phone call, or on Zoom if you would like to do a video walkthrough of your property and ideas. We will ask questions about your property and what you would like to have done. Depending on the scope of the project we will either give you some preliminary pricing during the call, or the following day. Once you have an idea of the expected cost and timeline, then you can decide if you would like to move forward with an on-site estimate.

On-Site Meeting.
If you decide to move forward with your project, then a member of our sales team will come to your property to gather more details. They will take accurate measurements of the space, evaluate the site’s accessibility for equipment, and have a detailed discussion about exactly what you want. After this meeting you will be given a final estimate for the project.

Product Selections.
Once you have decided to move forward with the project we will help you make the final selections for your products and options. Your final price will be determined by the specific selections that you make.

Securing The Project.
Once you have agreed to the final estimate you will be given a tentative start date for your project. Our team will keep you up to date on any schedule changes, and a deposit equaling 50% of the final estimated price will be collected three weeks prior to your start date in order to purchase the materials for your project.

Project Completion.
Once your project has been completed we will do a final walk-through of the site. This will give you an opportunity to ensure you are satisfied with the work, and we will explain the details of any applicable maintenance for your project. Once the walk-through is completed we will collect the remaining balance for your project.
